New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine conducts his 10th town hall meeting at the Atlantic Cape Community College as he presents his plan to overhaul the state's finances. After covering 3 of these meetings - it was getting harder and harder to make an interesting photograph, especially when it's just a talking head. I saw this picture a few times, tried to make it but it never came together. I guess the 4th time is the charm.
